Free Webinar for SMEs: Supporting Employee Mental Health

For many small businesses, looking after the wellbeing of their workforce is important, but accessing specialist support can sometimes be difficult.

An upcoming webinar introduces Able Futures, a DWP-funded mental health support service available to employees, apprentices and self-employed people. The service provides up to nine months of confidential support at no cost, helping individuals manage challenges such as stress, anxiety and depression while remaining in work.

The webinar will explain:

  • What Able Futures offers.
  • Who can access support.
  • How employees can access the service directly.
  • How SMEs can signpost staff to the support available.

The service is available across England, Scotland and Wales.

There are three webinar dates available – the content for each will be the same, so attendees will only need to register for one.

Skills For Care – Being prepared for CQC assessment seminars

These one-day facilitated sessions bring together frontline managers to learn about the step-by-step ways to be ready to evidence that your service meets CQC expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating in your next assessment.

Understanding the CQC assessment process and how you can evidence that the quality of care complies with the national standards is important for the people you support, staff teams and the wider reputation of your service.
