Our Background

Based in West Sussex (Shoreham-by-Sea), we are a Skills for Care endorsed training company providing medication training to  the health and social care workforce. 

Since 2007, we worked with WSCC to write their medication policies and train staff both in house and from the independent  sector. 

Our practical hands-on, face-to-face and online courses are based on over 20 years of research into why medication errors  occur. They are accredited by the Royal College of Nursing and have been shown to reduce errors by 36%.

We offer in-person, on-line and virtual webinar courses for care homes, home care, shared lives, personal assistants, schools and reablement.
