Learn First Aid

The British Red Cross offer courses for people for work, parents and anyone who wants to learn the simple skills needed to help in a first aid emergency.

Mind Mental Health training

MIND training options are being offered either in person (Covid secure) or online with e-learning courses or webinars led by one of our specialist trainers.

Making Every Contact Count

Make Every Contact Count (MECC) enables the delivery of consistent and concise health and wellbeing information and encourages individuals to engage in conversations about their health at scale across organisations and populations.

The fundamental idea underpinning the MECC approach is simple. It recognises that staff across health and care, local authority and voluntary sectors have thousands of contacts every day with individuals and are ideally placed to support health and wellbeing.

Online complaints handling training

Our Online Effective Complaint Handling Training is now available. A practical interactive workshop for councils and care providers that helps participants develop their complaint handling skills.

Our in-house and open courses are aimed at staff dealing with complaints at the higher stages of the process, such as managers and corporate complaints officers, and staff who investigate and make decisions about complaints.
