Sussex Care Associations R & R Framework (SCARRF)

The SCARRF project is a joint initiative between both the East and West Sussex care associations, setting out to support Registered Managers in social care with their wellbeing. The project launched in 2021 and offers various opportunities to suit individual needs such as 1-1 reflective supervision sessions, group mentoring hubs and sector relevant resources. SCARRF support is open to all Registered Managers and their Deputies working across social care services in Sussex.

The SCARRF project came to an end in November but the team continue to run the Registered Manager Mentor Hubs, and you can find sector relevant resources on the website here
