I’m Max Lord, founder of Care & Camera, a specialist video production company dedicated to the UK care sector.
Before starting Care & Camera, I spent seven years working in video production across a range of industries. But everything changed when I landed my first filming job at a care home.
What I experienced stayed with me. These weren’t just services being delivered. They were real homes, full of warmth, personality, and meaningful everyday moments. The team running the home knew that, but their marketing didn’t always show it.
That moment helped me realise something important. While many care providers have strong visual branding, what is often missing is the human side. Families and staff want to feel a real sense of home when making important decisions.
I launched Care & Camera to help providers bridge that gap. My mission is to make sure your first impression reflects not just what you do, but who you truly are.
