The West Sussex Partners in Care Manager Forum is a quarterly event open to all adult social care services across West Sussex. While places are free to services who are subscribing members* of WSPiC, for services which are yet to join, places are offered at £25 per person.
Dates for 2018 Managers Forums are confirmed as January 18th, April 19th, July 12th and October 18th.
The content of these Forum events are always packed with topics which matter to care providers – and that is because it is providers like you who tell us what they want to hear about. Past topic have been delivered by employment law and other care legislation specialists; presenters from key teams from with WSCC and Health have spoken on a range of issues as have senior representatives from the Home Office and Care Quality Commission. WSPiC has also invited commercial organisations which can support care services make the best of their own businesses. Individual presentations deliver updates and discussion on what’s ‘hot’ within care sector in manageable bite-size 20-30 minute sessions, with each Forum event lasting just 3-4 hours.
The Forum, which has run on behalf of care services for over 10 years, is very popular and pre-booking is essential via the WSPiC’s admin team. Contact us to receive a Forum booking form.
